The PA Department of Revenue has redesigned the PA Schedule OC for 2025. The new PA Schedule OC can be found here. The PA Department of Revenue has also added a MY Path voluntary upload for 1123's that will become mandatory for 2026. Our charity CPSF uploaded all the 2025 SPE 1123's via My Path, and the credits now appear on your payment screen for an individual.
In order to access your My Path payment screen, you need to go to PA My Path and then click the Track my Payments and credits link. You will be asked to enter the tax year, your social security number and either your first estimated payment or the line 12 PA total tax liability from a prior year filing. Most accountants use this tool to check total payments made but this tool also now lists all your K-1 PA EITC and OSTC tax credits that are listed on your K-1 if the 1123 has been successfully uploaded. For our charity 1123 uploads occur in March and April each year so 2025 has already been completed. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER ABOUT THE K-1 IS IF YOU DON'T CLAIM THE PA EITC/OSTC TAX CREDIT ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL TAX RETURN THEN YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND OR A CREDIT. On the new PA Schedule OC, you can enter all the information from your CPSF K-1 provided in February. If you don't have your K-1 or your tax preparer does not have your K-1 please reach out to get your K-1. You only get a K-1 if you made a Spring or Fall contribution to CPSF in the prior year. Here are the entry categories on PA Schedule OC: Credit Type - EITC or OSTC - source PA K-1 schedule (two-line entry if both) Award Source - PT - source PT stands for pass thru K-1 Awardee ID Type - EIN - source K-1 is a business entity with an EIN number Awardee Tax ID - EIN number - source Part I Box a Federal K-1 employer ID number Award Number - blank - source per instructions only provide if available.
