It is with deep sadness that Central Pennsylvania Scholarship Fund mourns the loss our dear friend and community leader, Harry K. Sickler, Jr. The impact that Harry made in the community, whether through education or sports, to the impact that he made on my life personally, none of us will ever be the same.
