Fall 2022 Reservation Letters
All existing fall donors have received renewal letters in the mail. Please make sure to return these letters to confirm no changes in your donation or school choice or if any changes are needed, please send those to us now. This communication is important because we will make many efforts to contact you in the fall when you can donate. Donors that do not return these renewal requests only get one contact for a donation before we move on to new donors to use your EITC tax credits for their school.
Fall Scholarship Paperwork
As school starts, please make sure to get all your scholarship information in to fully utilize your donors 2021 EITC/OSTC scholarship donations. We cannot remit scholarships without proper paperwork. Our schools have been great but as in the past we will need to send final notices in November and December as PA DCED requires all funds to be expended by year end. We typically only have a few schools getting final notices so let's keep this great partnership working for everyone!
Pennsylvania 2022 Budget
Pennsylvania has signed Act 55 of 2022 (HB 1642) which included an increase of $125 million to the EITC tax credits. Our charity has asked for $6 million more of tax credits in our 3rd year SPE's on May 15th so we expect to have those available for new donors based on this increase. We also ask for more credits July 1, 2022, because of our wait list of donors who have provided written joinder form requests to us. We expect to have tax credit available until school starts for new donors. As always this depends on changes made by existing donors and new EITC tax credits received in the July request. As in the past we will announce on our website when we no longer have 2022 EITC tax credits for new donors and all new donors will automatically be added to our January 2023 Spring EITC as first on the reservation list. We offer credits for new donors who complete and submit reservation joinders between $3500 and $100,000 listing eligible schools that charge tuition to children in Preschool and K-12 in Pennsylvania on a first come first serve basis.

If your school is not listed in our list of schools that receive our scholarships and is eligible to be listed, let us know. We list these schools as members of our charity as soon as we send them a scholarship check for an eligible student. Please help us add your school by submitting a reservation form and donation for the benefit of your school this fall 2022!
