We love communicating with our donors, accountants, schools and people interested in our charity Central Pennsylvania Scholarship Fund. As our network of schools and donors have grown our charity has tried to improve our communication.

Ryan is our newest employee at the charity. He will be visiting each of our 250+ schools in person and providing donor materials and scholarship materials and answering questions about our EITC SPE charity. Ryan will also be gathering contact information at the school so we can better serve schools with more regular communication about their donors and scholarship funds.
Donors can reserve tax credits in advance with existing fall donors returning their preprinted July joinder form including any changes or new donors completing a new joinder form. We have a new dedicated email for joinder forms at [email protected] so we don’t lose anyone’s emailed joinder forms. Send all joinder forms by email to this address or we will forward them for you to this address. Tami and Kim will acknowledge receipt of any joinders sent to this address. All scholarship applications must come from school principal or their assigns. We can not accept scholarship applications directly as the school administers the scholarship process and we simply verify applications are eligible and gather DCED required information for annual reporting.
I spend most of my charity time managing our SPEs. We are always looking to add existing SPEs to our school network so please contact me if you would like to review the significant benefits of merging your existing SPE into our network or know of a school SPE that should join us.
