Year End 2023 EITC Deadline

Our SPE's did get a lot of year end award letters that arrived Tuesday in the mail.  Thank you to all the new donors for the generous support.  We are excited to get all of you added to our SPE's (special purpose entities) for 2023. All checks received have found an EITC tax credit home for 2023 and will be transferred over to Central Pennsylvania Scholarship in time to get a 2023 tax credit.  If you have any last second donations to deliver the charity is open until noon Friday at 501 3rd Street Tyrone PA 16686.  You can reach out to Executive Director Tami Clark [email protected] to arrange any last second year end EITC donations for 2023.  

For the first year since our charity began we will have some extra credits that will be returned to DCED.  All donors that have sent us funds will get 2023 PA tax credits and no current donors funds will be returned.  

2024 PA EITC Tax Credits

All Spring 2024 Existing Donors should be receiving reminder letters in the mail next week.  Please return the letter to our office with any changes or to acknowledge that you do want a Spring EITC invoice for 2024.  The Spring 2024 award letters typically arrive from DCED in late February or early March 2024.  We will be delivering those award letters with an invoice requesting your donation at that time.  We do have extra 2024 Spring EITC tax credits coming for new donors. Please complete a joinder reservation request and get to our charity so we can get you a spring 2024 donation invoice in early March as a new EITC donor.  As always 100% of your donation goes to the school you select as an EITC/OSTC scholarship.  

Schools and Volunteers

Thank you again for all your support and help for 2023 and we look forward to working with you in the new year.  We are accepting new donors and they will be assured of getting a donation invoice and a 2024 EITC tax credit as long as they get in their request as soon as possible.  Any new volunteers that wish to help please let us know and we will get you a donor packet and blank joinder applications for 2024.  Thank you again for all of your wonderful support of our charity and the PA EITC program.  The scholarships that are going out to 27,000+ families this year from our charity are a wonderful reminder of all of your efforts on behalf of your schools and communities.
